We've built an AI property manager that automates maintenance requests, handling tenant calls and messages 24/7, following up by chasing contractors and resolving issues. We're based in London, but have over 10 customers throughout the world, from San Francisco to Dubai. We have a reliable sales pipeline, including a >$1m cARR enterprise contract.
