Ancana is a marketplace for fully managed, co-owned vacation homes. Owners buy a real share of a property alongside a small group of vetted co-owners, each with guaranteed usage time every year. Unused weeks can be rented out or swapped for stays at other Ancana properties, so the ownership stays useful even as plans change. Ancana handles everything behind the purchase — setting up the ownership structure, vetting and matching co-owners, and managing the transaction — then runs the property year-round, from furnishing to bookings and maintenance. We operate in Mexico, the US, and Spain, each with different legal and regulatory requirements for ownership, and solving that structuring problem market by market is what makes the model hold up as we expand.
